1. In case of any unforeseen emergency, if appointment gets cancelled on the part of the hospital, the amount less the transaction charges shall be refunded.

  1. However, no refund is available if it is cancelled on the part of the client.

  1. In both cases, The Client has an option of Re-scheduling the appointment up to a maximum of three times.

  1. Hospital will not be responsible for any kind of delay in refund, caused as a result of delay in banking procedures.

  1. All disputes related to monetary compensations shall be subject to the courts of Aurangabad jurisdiction.
