Shanti Nursing Home, Mitra Group and CAP Clinic arranged first workshop on ‘Identify Addiction and Prevent Consequences in School Going Children’ in the series School Mental Health.
Received an overwhelming response from Principals, Head Masters and Teachers of various schools across the city with above 50 teachers actively participating in the workshop.
Discussions were held on various topics such as changing scenario in addiction, psychological factors causing addiction, substance addiction, cyber addiction etc.
This was followed by panel discussion with senior psychiatrists Dr. Vinay Barhale and Dr. Vinayak Patil.
We are grateful to the participating teachers for their active participation and interaction. We could learn more from them.
