Final round of inter college debate competition – 2016 organized by Mitra Group, De-Addiction Centre of Shanti Nursing Home was conducted on the occasion of ‘Gandhi Jayanti’ 02nd October 2016. Police Commissioner Shri Amitesh Kumar was the chief guest for the occasion.
Mr. Subhash Bhale – Chief Co-Editor, Daily Sakal, Mr. Pradeep Deshpande – Ex. Head of the English Department, S. B. College of Science and Dr. V. L. Barhale shared the stage with him. They judged the performance of the finalists.
The prizes for competition were Rs. 11,000/- and Trophy for winning team, Rs. 8000/- and memento for runner up and Rs. 5000/- and memento for second runner ups.
Akanksha Chincholkar and Bharat Ridlon from Devgiri College bagged the trophy for second year in a row. The team of Shanti Nursing Home took great efforts, to make this competition a huge success. We hope to make it better in coming years.
